The National Railway Museum aims to set and achieve the highest possible standards for our environmental performance in pursuit of sustainable development. As a large publicly owned organisation we recognise that we have a role to play in ensuring that the museum operates in a way that conserves the natural environment and that our actions will act as an example to others.
