We’re unleashing our wild side this May for our animal-themed half term. Come and discover all things furry, scaly, feathery, and fluffy, and how they relate to our railways. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about working railway animals, the creatures that were transported on the rails, and even the creepy-crawlies who were secret stowaways!

Make sure to get involved with our museum-wide trail and there’s a chance for you to be a part of our group drawing activity to create a huge circus train. Our usual favourites are here too, including explosive science shows and story-telling, so you won’t want to miss out!

A small charge applies for activites marked with a *
