Description: The Hook Continental pulled by the 7MT Britannia class 4-6-2 locomotive number 70042 Lord Roberts at Shenfield, Essex, 14 April 1958. This train took passengers from London's Liverpool Street station to Parkeston Quay in Essex. The train connected with ferry services to the Hook of Holland or to Zeebrugge. It left London in the morning and made the return journey in the evening.
