Description: Waiter serving first class passengers with food on the Hook Continental boat train, 20 June 1961. First class passengers were served food at their seats, and could eat a full three course meal. The Hook Continental train transported passengers from Liverpool Street station to Parkeston Quay, to connect to a ferry taking them to Hook of Holland.
