Description: A 20 hp Wolseley car owned by Nigel Gresley, Locomotive Engineer of the Great Northern Railway, March 1917. Gresley also imported a Modle 490 Touring car from the USA registration C2302 29.6.1921 Gresley was one of Britain's most famous locomotive engineers. He was responsible for the design of the A1 class locomotives, including Flying Scotsman, and the A4s, including Mallard, holder of the world steam speed record. He was knighted in 1936, becoming Sir Nigel Gresley.
