A3 class 4-6-2 locomotive number 60103 Flying Scotsman at King's Cross station London, 1963. This photograph was taken just before Flying Scotsman's last journey to Doncaster, where she was made, under British Railways ownership. The engine had just been bought by Alan Pegler, who is standing on the buffer beam.
