Find out how you can help keep Flying Scotsman running for the future
Thousands of people have experienced the thrill of riding behind the legendary Flying Scotsman since this world famous locomotive was “Saved for the Nation”.
Last January the locomotive entered the Museum’s workshops for its major mainline overhaul. With your help, this mandatory £750,000 overhaul will be completed by early 2009, allowing the National Railway Museum to Keep Scotsman Steaming for another decade.
In return for your support, all new donors to the appeal are automatically allocated membership of the 4472 Express Club, an exclusive club just for supporters of this world famous locomotive.
Donations can be a one-off donation by cheque, credit/debit card, CAF voucher / card or you can take out a regular Standing Order.
