A lithograph depicting the Great Western Railway's Paddington Station (exterior view). It was drawn and lithographed by John Cooke Bourne and printed by C F Cheffins. Isambard Kingdom Brunel built the London terminus for the Great Western Railway at Paddington alongside the canal. It was opened on the 4 June 1838 and Queen Victoria’s first railway journey, on 13 June 1842, ended at Paddington station.
