Paddington Bear™ will be here for the October school holidays so grab your duffle coat and marmalade sandwiches and join us for lots of family fun. All activities from 27 October–4 November except where stated.

Paddington Bear appearances

10.30-11.10am, 12-12.40pm, 1.30-2.10pm, 3-3.40pm, 4-4.30pm Paddington is here for the whole holiday at the above times – come and see him.

Dress up like Paddington

10.30am-4.30pm Dress up like the bear himself and take a photo next to our pile of suitcases.

The Magic Hatter's Teddy Bear Treasure Hunt

11am and 12.30pm (not 29, 30 Oct) Paddington’s marmalade sandwiches are missing! Join the Magic Hatter to find them on his Teddy Bear Treasure Hunt. 45 minutes.

Paddington Bear storytelling

11.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm Join our Explainers as they tell the story of one of Paddington’s adventures

Wang a welly and make a medal*

10.30am–4.30pm Throw a welly at the target and make your very own medal to take home.

Spot the teddy bears

Our Explainers have brought their favourite bears to the museum but have forgotten where they’ve put them. Can you spot them in Station Hall?

Steam rides*

Experience the thrill of riding behind a real working steam engine.

Adventure playground

Let off steam on our slides and climbing frames.

Simulator*

Experience breathtaking rides on our rocking and rolling Simulator.

Miniature railway*

All aboard! Take a trip on our 7¼“ gauge train in the South Yard. The miniature railway runs every day, weather permitting.

Road train*
