Exclusive special offers for pre-booked groups

Pre-booking a group visit to the NRM couldn’t be easier and entitles your group to lots of special offers and discounts during your visit. See our general special offers page for more details. All special offer vouchers must be ordered when making a booking and will be issued to the group organiser or coach driver on arrival at the Museum.

Onsite coach parking

All day coach parking is available for groups at the Museum. We're only 10 minutes walk from the centre of historic York. A road train runs between the Museum and York Minster.

Coaches are permitted to pull in and drop off in the large space located outside Car Park Entrance only. Please note that this is a dropping-off point only and coaches are not permitted to park.

Drive a rail simulator

First TransPennine Express are offering groups of up to 10 people the opportunity to experience the Class 185 Driver Simulator under supervision at their sites in Manchester and York.
