The Art of Running a Railway

Station Hall | 10:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3pm

Discover the hidden stories behind our huge Terence Cuneo painting of Waterloo Station in our exciting new Platform 4 Theatre Performances.


Make Your Own Engine

Station Hall | 10:30am – 4:30pm | £1

Make your very own model toy steam engine, complete with moving wheels. Play with it in the museum or take it home as a souvenir of your visit.


Become a Railway Explorer

Great Hall next to FK7 | 10:30am – 4:30pm | Free

Explore the Great Hall in a different way! Grab one of our interactive backpacks filled with exciting activities and set off on an adventure around our museum. Ideal for 3-7 year olds.


Storytelling

Station Hall next to Mink Van | 11am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3pm

Budding storytellers roll up! It's your chance to tell us where the train in our story takes us in our interactive storytelling workshop.
