Great Hall is home to some of the biggest locomotives in the National Collection. Rub shoulders with railway legends, from history-makers to record-breakers.
Explore the science, technology and history of the railways with our Learning Team. We offer a range of workshops for all ages to help teachers and learners get the most out of their visit.
Younger visitors will love letting off steam in our railway-themed outdoor play area. Plus, you can take a ride on the nearby miniature railway and enjoy the scenery.
